This recipe is hot off the press, or should I say stove top? My husband and I made this asian inspired dish that may seem more like a soup! Simple to make and not too many ingredients!
You can try out this recipe-- if you have any comments or tweaks let me know. I am always open!
(I tried to use as many organic or local produce as possible)

1 TBLSP Sesame oil
1 cup cauliflower ( chopped little smaller than bite size )
1 cup broccoli ( chopped little smaller than bite size )
1 cup shredded carrots
7 ml ( 2.5 TSP ) Ginger
7 ml ( 2.5 TSP ) Ginger
1 cup bean sprouts
1 cup of mushrooms ( chopped small )
Sea salt to taste
2 cloves of garlic
handful sugar peas
2 TSP sesame seeds
1-2 TBLSP tamari
125 grams buckwheat soba Noodles ( two bunches )
700 ml Veggie stock ( The pictures shown below are 900 ml, too much )
Step one • Steam broccoli and cauliflower lightly
Step two • While you are steaming the Broc and Cauli lightly saute the mushrooms, garlic, ginger, bean sprouts, carrots, and sugar peas in the sesame oil. ( also add the sesame seeds )
Step three • When you are done steaming the Broc and Cauli combine with the other veggies.
Step four • Start cooking the soba noodles.
Step five • When the soba noodles are done, combine noodles, and veggies to the veggie stock. Add in the Tamari
Step six • bring to boil, then remove from heat and serve.
Remember! It is recommended you eat a good portion of your veggies raw, when steaming and sauteing-- do it lightly--don't over do it. It is important to keep all those nutrients in your food!
