" Growing your own food should be just as natural as eating your own food" -- amen brother-- thats all I have to say.
To be honest with you, I don't have my own garden, but I want one. And as soon as I have a home where I can make one -- I will. I can't say I am committed to growing all of my food, but I do think having a garden is a great way to learn about how the cycle of life works and to control of portion of your food. I also don't think that there is anything wrong with shopping at the grocery store, although it seems as though one day it might be a risky thing to do-- what with all the GMO and other "pleasant" additives food seem gloriously show off on the ingredients list.
I encourage you to connect with a farm, or visit your farmers market if you don't have a garden of your own. I have a friend who bought a garden plot-- so that is an option as well.
Check out this video concerning farming and "big food". You may just find it interesting !
Cheers, from your friend in health,
Lindsay

This is appalling, and so heartbreaking. I hope to never see this bill passed in their country our ours! Sick.
